Free shipping on every order

All orders ship free, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email when your order is placed, and another with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks of being placed. Delivery can take longer during holidays, or because of customs or carrier delays.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and many other countries. If we can deliver to your address, you'll be able to select it at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Order page.

Import duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs office.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us. If your package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
